This project is a deep dive into the application of interactive video in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through extensive research, I explored how interactive videos can enhance patient engagement with therapists and treatment methods. The findings suggest that this approach can help therapists identify effective treatments more quickly, improving patient outcomes.
